We are registered with ICO and process information in accordance with Legal expectations.
Safeguarding
Be Positive recognises that the Safeguarding principles play a vital role in promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and are of paramount importance and the first consideration of all staff, volunteers and directors.
E-Learning
Be Positive is committed to ensuring the highest possible standard of safeguarding. The personal safety and wellbeing of each learner/participant and staff member using Be Positive ; online provision is paramount.
Information and Advice
We recognise the essential part played by IAG in supporting our learners to make choices about their lifestyle, education and future careers, to raise their aspiration and achievements. We ensure that IAG services are accessible to all and are of high quality.
Prevent Duty
Prevent is the Government’s strategy to stop people becoming involved in violent extremism or supporting terrorism, in all its forms. Prevent works within the non-criminal space, using early engagement to encourage individuals and communities to challenge violent extremist ideologies and behaviours. Complaints and Comments
Be Positive complaints policy and procedure and is aimed at our learners and all interested parties who encounter a direct or indirect service from us. Be Positive values our learners who undertake our courses, values and vision.
